Unbelievably inconvenient parking situation due to snow!!! Seriously, who can enjoy their stay when the sidewalks and stairs are treacherous? An updated coffee maker is a must.

Pet-friendly accommodations are a definite plus.

Our room was not cleaned during our stay, despite multiple requests for housekeeping. The floors were dirty with dust and debris from ongoing remodeling, so we had to wipe our feet before getting into bed. Additionally, the new deposit policy was an unexpected financial burden that I couldn't manage.

The stay was primarily for a family visit, and we found the room was clean and neat, which made it comfortable for all of us.
